My main gripe now is the people who live here in Regent Acres who have pitbulls. It's clearly stated in the lease agreement that no powerful breeds are allowed. I keep my nose out of other people's business but now that my dog has been attacked by one of these pitbulls I'm pissed. I work hard to keep our lot clean and I follow the rules. My dogs are within the allowed criteria. I'm sick of this dog policy being overlooked by park management.
Its a shame you pay so much for lot rent but come home from the doctor and cant even pull into the park because of the snow! Everyone has to drive up hill but theres no property maintenance to provide safe pass ways to your home. No salt. No plowing.
The women who own this place makes alot of money. Butt our park looks like 5th st. In the ghetto. Were does the money go not for improvement.
How many time am i going to get threatened to be taken to court because my rent is 3 days past due. The staff is so rude any time yo all them. And why do we have to pay so much for lot rent if we now have pay our own water bill, this was included when we moved in till march. Anyone looking for a park please stay far away from this one.
I have lived in several locations , several MH parks and at least Star VIew ( who runs crestview ) tries to keep things a bit more controlled as far as neatness and such. There are those that just do not care at all but for such a large property management group they do pretty well . I do wish they would deal with the people that are not supposed to be living in crestview who thumb their noses and flaunt their presence . Well my neighbor has to two very large dogs that do nothing but bark all night an on top of that my neighbor seems to think its ok for her dogs to do there busy in yard an leave it im sure t he office wont do anything.
