Not at all happy. We come every year for Christmas and Easter and this will be our last time. We stay st the hotel and its OK but Christmas night they were setting up some sort of event in the main lodge and chased everyone out of the west side at 10pm to set up some sort of event on that side. Mom is 96 and in a wheel chair and they totally blocked us off to the only wheel chair access out of the main lodge forcing me to have to carry Mom down the stairs. Attended a wedding on Dec.12. The place was decorated for Christmas and beautiful. The attention to detail for the wedding was wonderful and the food was really top notch! The entire staff was more helpful than they needed to be. Would love to go back often, but too far from Arizona. Darn!
My husband & I enjoyed our Anniversary here, All was wonderful !
Wonderful ambience, great service and excellent meal. Paula and I took a day trip yesterday and on suggestion from my friend Steve Stout had lunch here. Hopefully will return soon.
