Item was scheduled to a Business address, I received an email saying "Delivery was attempted and a card was left as to where to pick item up" what a crock!! Called Star Track, unhelpful, cut me off when speaking and then put me through to a survey without even finishing the conversation. THIS IS THE ONLY COURIER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ISSUES WITH. Simply Rude!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
I got an email saying couldn't deliver parcel absolute load of hog wash, I work for a company who has front gates and easy access to the front door reception and back gate here most freight goes out and i get an email to say couldn't deliver parcel with 20 staff here someone would of been around to sign for it not good enough. A “sorry we missed you” card in the letterbox. I was home at the supposed delivery time.
Waiting on wedding shoes. The company I purchased from did amazing by getting them from Perth to Orange in two days. Can’t say the same for StarTrack Orange as my shoes have been sitting in their depot for another two days. Tried calling was put on hold then transferred elsewhere, left on hold to the point where I had to hang up. A few months back I ordered chocolate from Queensland, again the company was brilliant in getting said chocolate to me. Package was a priority paid fast track package. It went through my town to the next town 50km away. Then, instead of arriving on the quoted date, it was sent back to Sydney which means the package has literally passed through my town twice without being delivered. The ineptitude and inability for this company to do it's actually job is dumbfounded.
