Even though I provided the most obvious location in the city, they still couldn’t find the address and returned my parcel. It was just a waste of time — you ruined 10 days for me.
Startrack have hit on not even attempting to deliver our parcels [4km from CBD]. Their managers obviously make more money by just taking our parcels directly to the P.O. Thus saving money. Shame on you!
