Please stop using this service, they ‘schedule’ a delivery for today, ‘attempt delivery’ to a post office box (whatever that means), then conveniently delivery it 5 mins before the post office closes. And it is common behaviour And I’m paying for this?
Package thrown over the fence 200 metres from house in long grass. Important medication left in the elements until it was accidentally found. "Left in safe place"......what a tokenistic joke. No care taken whatsoever!
These guys are crap , I have a regular order arrives every week and on multiple occasions they don't deliver to your door, have left a note on my visitors car , my parcel was stolen from depot , if it rains they won't deliver they will just drop off at P.O.The delivery drivers are rude and just flat out don't do their job. If I had any other choice I would not use them or recommend them at all.
