I get medication that gets delivered by the post where I lived before it got delivered by auspost I would get it the next day but since we have moved to a bigger city I have been waiting for almost 5 days absolutely unacceptable never use startack for anything
JUST completely useless. Package arrived from Melboune to Coffs in 12 Hours, and has been "Onboard for Delivery" for 3 days. These guys deliver to all the remote towns around Coffs 1st and if they run out of time they just skip Coffs till the next day. PATHETIC USELSSS. Back again 5mths later and its just getting worse, came today with 2 items, was after 6pm so I could tell they were gonna screw me, 1 parcel needed a signature the other didn't, they buzzed someone to come into the foyer dumped the parcels but as it takes a f... read more
Updated review Since posting my one star review about a year ago, we have had several deliveries from StarTrack. They have all been delivered to our door and the drivers have been pleasant. Australia Post remain my favourite parcel delivery service but StarTrack have probably moved to second are definitely well in front of TNT/FedEx who only deliver to us once a week or whoever is the local deliverer for DHL. Great service
I’ve been home and watched the driver pull up in front of the unit for the last 5 deliveries for a minute to a minute and a half and then just take off without getting out of his van. Then within 5 minutes get the message “ Tried to deliver “. All express post paid mail also. Whoever your driver for Toormina is needs reeducation or letting go. I’ve logged a complaint with Australia Post regarding this as when they were delivering there was never an issue. Seriously i would never use StarTrack for anything ever again. Disappo... read more
