Robert Shen was my property manager for a year. When we arrived on move in day the inside was too dirty to even put our stuff down, we had taken work off and rented moving trucks so we had to move in that day. Robert was in a different state at the time. We were able to get cleaners last minute but we were only reimbursed for half of that cost.
