The best place to take your pets! We dealt with Dr. Matt years ago when he was with another clinic. When he opened Startown we didn't think twice about changing. He is that good and that caring. The icing on the cake is when he recruited Jenna. The love and caring they put into your 'children' is amazing.

My dogs have always seen Dr. Pennell (even before opening his own practice. They are wonderful would not go anywhere else!!!
This is the best veterinarian we have ever taken our dogs to. They do not discriminate against breeds and show a true interest and compassion for any animal that is brought in to them. Not a single member of the staff has ever been rude or inpatient Dr. Pennell has shown more patience with the animals than any of the veterinarian's I've ever met. His love for everyones animals is beyond amazing. I wouldn't imagine taking my pets any where else. I absolutely love this place and, surprisingly enough, so do my dogs :)
Today was my first visit to Startown Vet and I know now why they were so highly recommended to me. Dr. Pennell gave Andi such a thorough exam and loved on her at the same time. She is sometimes apprehensive regarding men but she showed none of that to him. They took the time to explain everything that they are doing and the hows and the whys of it all.
