Ryan and Kelly are awesome to work with! Starting Point listed my condo in Roscoe Village to sell and within 3 weeks we had 2 competing offers. Ryan even recommended a listing price that I thought might be too high, but he was spot on! They marketed my condo in mailings ahead of time to get the word out, organized open houses, and I barely had to lift a finger. Overall fantastic experience.
Ryan was awesome. He helped us buy our first home and also sell it a few years later when we decided to leave IL. He was helpful and trustworthy and we were so happy to work with StartingPoint.
