I don't know if my review can say enough to really capture how much Shantell reflects absolute compassion and knowledge for her work. She demonstrated on so many occasions she actually cares about the courses she's providing, therapy or education, and ultimately is the reason so many people are successful in her courses. I felt lucky to have Shantell as my instructor, her style and uniqueness in facilitated each session made me feel comfortable discussing topics within a group. The knowledge I've gained has me feeling confident in handling tough situations going forward.

Shantell is an excellent counselor. Being in a situation like this is never fun, but Shantell’s groups actually became something I looked foreword to. She provides a safe, judgement-free environment where the emotional aspects of being in such a position are positively dealt with, as well as the practical implications. She genuinely cares about those who take her class, and goes well above expectations to fulfill the highest expectations of the class.
