I called Starting Point about 2 months ago. I needed to get my License restated by the WA DOL. The treatment agency I went to closed down and won't respond to my emails. They are the only people who could send info to the DOL and release my drivers license. When I called, I spoke with Kristi. She gave me some helpful information and then got me in touch with De. I completed an updated assessment with this clinic on April 3, 2025 as part of clearing an old DOL compliance issue. I also completed the recommended Alcohol & Drug Information School shortly after. Even though my assessment was submitted to DOL and clearly documented the lowered level of care, the provider repeatedly made unnecessary and legally irrelevant demands regarding my 2018 assessment, causing significant delays in my process. I usually wouldn't review something like this but Dee was a good instructor an I learned something be sober sit back an watch i did this an it worked 2hrs after class
I’m so grateful that I was guided to Starting Point. I transferred from another treatment center to finish up my program and Heather was great helping me through the process with ease. I am grateful to have Jenine Hildebrand as my counselor. I am beyond grateful that divine intervention lead me to Starting Point. I was blessed to have Jen as my counselor. She is one amazing lady! Through one on one counseling and group therapy as well, she works with you to design a plan for living a healthy clean and sober lifestyle.
