I had problems with my air conditioning. They called and informed me they sent the work order out and that it would be fixed as soon as possible. They were nice, honest and made sure it got fixed. Fast services came out and had it fixed after an hour. Great job!!

Worse property manager company I’ve ever dealt with as a renter and homeowner. They are the worse at communicating and returning phone calls or emails. Whenever you call you can never get ahold of your property manager. This is only one aspect of their pitiful service we’ve had issues with. Save yourself time and energy and use another company or do it yourself.

They say they’re a property management company but they don’t seem to want tenants. I’ve been trying to see one of their properties for weeks and they never answer the phone, they don’t call back, they don’t return emails or inquiries from 3rd party apps. I’ve even stopped at their office during business hours, twice to be met with a closed sign.
