Worse property manager company I’ve ever dealt with as a renter and homeowner. They are the worse at communicating and returning phone calls or emails. Whenever you call you can never get ahold of your property manager. This is only one aspect of their pitiful service we’ve had issues with. Save yourself time and energy and use another company or do it yourself.

They say they’re a property management company but they don’t seem to want tenants. I’ve been trying to see one of their properties for weeks and they never answer the phone, they don’t call back, they don’t return emails or inquiries from 3rd party apps. I’ve even stopped at their office during business hours, twice to be met with a closed sign. These people have little to no communication skills. They act like someone at a toll booth. Pay and go on. Don't bother them. They act like their tenants are less than human.
