Never answer the phone
They say they’re a property management company but they don’t seem to want tenants. I’ve been trying to see one of their properties for weeks and they never answer the phone, they don’t call back, they don’t return emails or inquiries from 3rd party apps. I’ve even stopped at their office during business hours, twice to be met with a closed sign. These people have little to no communication skills. They act like someone at a toll booth. Pay and go on. Don't bother them. They act like their tenants are less than human.
Do not do their jobs, do not answer calls or open office during business hours. Rent units without working AC and infested with roaches. Scum lords
