The company stopped responding to my texts after I scheduled an appointment. Tech arrived At a different time than what was agreed to. The job was finished at least.
My AC unit broke down , so I filed a claim through my warranty. Startech picked up the job, technician arrived at 9pm to check out my unit and diagnose the problem. He was supposed to file the paperwork to my warranty for repair. The following week I check my claim status and they are waiting for Startech to submit paperwork, I call Startech and no one answers.
