Poor customer service. Don’t show up for repairs still under warranty. The owner is rude, very unorganized and unreliable. The owner showed up 4 hours late today he said the internet needed to go down for at least an hour for him to solve the issue in the middle of our business day so I sent him away. He said he’d call before he came yet he just showed up.
