Exceptional inspector! Mitchell Duncan is a thorough, respectful, kind and a great home inspector. He takes his time and pride in really inspecting your future home. He fully explained all issues and provided suggestions on whether the seller should repair certain items and what one could repair. He was fully available for any questions we had. He even provided his phone number for any other questions we may have or to help in answering or suggesting any help. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible.
Mitchell Duncan is a great and thorough home inspector. He is a honorable and kind man. He spent hours inspecting our home and then explained all of the issues our home has. He gave us his recommendation on what and how to fix these things. He is also hilarious. My wife and I had a blast running through our potentially new home with Mitchell. If I could I would give much more than 5 stars.
Mr. Duncan is an honorable man and his work with home inspections is reflective. He arrived on time for the appointment, went straight to work looking at every nook and cranny to verify my home purchase was a sound one. We went room to room taking the time to explain and concerns or questions we may have had. I knew before the Due Diligence period had expired what we were buying. Exceptional work! Another 5 star rating from us!
Mitchell Duncan is an outstanding person who is extremely kind, polite and enthusiastic about what he does. He inspected my home thoroughly and explained everything in great detail and made things easy to understand. He answers all calls promptly and is very professional at his work. He gets the job done!
