I paid Dr Paul about 28k for my dental implants. I had the surgery. I got my temps. I have yet to receive my permanent implants. Come to find out through some digging he's ghosted us all. All emails and phone numbers either don't exist anymore or they don't answer. Nobody can find this guy. I've been told to file a police report with Oakbrook Terrace Police which I will be doing. I am beyond disgusted with my experience with Dr. Paul and his office. I paid over $10,000 for a dental implant procedure, and over a year later, it is still not complete. I was initially told they needed to “wait for things to settle” in my mouth and that I would be brought back in January of this year to finalize the procedure. It is now 8 months later and I still have not received my final teeth that were promised in 6 months. This is the worst medical experience that I have ever had in my 68 years. I have only seen the doctor once in 21 months. I have had 3 scheduled appointments in which no one called me to cancel, they just left the office dark and left me standing outside with no contact.
