Like many aspiring pool owners cost is always top of mind and of course pool companies who have been around for sometime carry more expensive prices, so sometimes short term savings makes the most sense. Let me tell you that this has been a hard lesson learned for us. We had our pool built by Start Pool and Spa about 3-4 years ago with a 5 year warranty period primarily because of the cost savings up front. However, long term it’s been a nightmare. Start pools and spa did an amazing job building our vision in our small back yard! Pricing was on par with larger companies, but Roger was willing to work with us on landscaping and finishing work that others would not. He made this process very easy, and I know he’s here to support as I learn the in and outs of being a first time pool owner

Roger made our pool building experience a great one! We interviewed numerous companies and we called him back out. Initially I was hesitant to use a smaller builder but we are so glad we did. Our pool is beautiful and awesome, his design and ideas came in handy. Highly recommend Start pools and thank you Roger and team for always being there during and after the building process!
