Please DO NOT use Betty Swimming Pool. Like the other 20 folks, we have a useless hole in the backyard. We signed our contract on 8/4/19. We were were to have a pool, outdoor kitchen and a bar in 2 1/2 months. Almost 10 months later and they quit returning calls. They made promise after promise and this is what we got. I have a hole in the ground that holds water... That is the best part of this entire process. The cool deck texture was done so poorly that it looks like my 4 yr old did it. The skimmers were painted and sealed over and the decorative stone coping was covered with texture as well. My house still has stains from plaster on it. My fence wasn't reinstalled the way that it was done by my builder just 4 months ago. The fence gates wouldn't latch and broken pickets from fence removal were hung and passed off as good enough.
