Emily listens attentively, and always addresses the exact issues that you bring up that day. I have been to far too many Massage Therapists that go through their routine and then barely address your main issue, Emily is not that. When the session is finished she takes her time speaking with you and giving instructions on what to do to help your pain until the next appointment. I'm sure most people would be wary of trying to get some last minute and trustworthy pain relief in a strange city on a Saturday. Emily at Start Line made finding, booking and getting help really easy and very effective. Big thanks for the great treatment and muscle fix. Would recommend to anyone. All the best

Emily is a fantastic massage therapist. Not only does she provide amazing physical relief, but she documents each session and follows up on areas where I experience pain. Emily provides advice on how to manage my pain by providing referrals to other wellness programs, showing me how to engage in self-directed massage therapy at home or at the office, and by collaborating with other practitioners (physical therapist) to address my situation holistically. She is professional, kind and thoughtful. 5 stars !

Emily is an excellent massage therapist, I fact, she's the best one I've had in a long time! She knows what she's doing, she is very calm, and she listens to me and adjusts her work to what I need that day. I have various complicated back issues; she knows how to address each one of them with skill, knowledge, and suggestions. I highly recommend her!

This massage was amazing! Im a professional dancer and went in just for a sore back, but she hit places in my body that I didn’t even know needed attention. Feeling incredible after that!
