I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone been calling for the past month leaving voicemail and no call back .
They have made this entire process far more difficult than it needs to be. Everything’s great until you’ve paid them, after that, good luck getting a hold of them. The paralegal they assigned me is clueless and unresponsive. Took 2 months of emails and voicemails before I even got a call back from my lawyer. They never take the time to explain the details of the entire process. They never mention all the additional hidden fees involved with the process.
