Wish I could rate 0 stars. Dan has been awful to work with. Throughout the past year, I have called him and texted him endlessly about problems going on in the house… not ONE text or call back. One day he shows up in my kitchen after not hearing from him or seeing him in a year, and after confronting him about not answering, he calls me a “whiny little b****” and that if I kept up with the attitude he would “evict my a** right now”. Dan hired our company to complete work on an 8 plex for his the work was completed and now Dan hasn't paid his bill and is ignoring our calls to collect. Very disappointing that he would hurt a small business. Be carful before completing work for him.
