Refused to accept Dr. Orders by email. They told me that I had to call my doctors office and have them fax a copy of the orders. Who uses a fax these days? Then she told me that it would take them 24-48 hours to go through their faxes! So if I dont hear from them, I should assume that the fax didn't go through and call my doctor office again. But you wont take an email where you can verify while I have you on the phone..... what century are you in?
