The staff is not very pleasant if you don’t have an appointment. They are not very friendly or welcoming towards ethnic people. Went for a manicure and pedicure . After the pedicure was finished, the male nail tech told me to sit on a chair. I thought he was getting the tools ready for the Manicure. After sitting down and waiting for about 15 minutes, I turned around and saw the nail tech doing another customer’s pedicure. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I just paid and walked out.
