I have had a CPAP for 10 years but needed a whole new unit. So much trouble getting the unit and then supplies on a regular basis. Mask doesn’t seem to last a full month. Get shunted around to different people which always results in a long wait. I never had these problems with my previous supplier.

Unclear instructions, an ignored revision to my prescription from my doctor, and a transferred call to a line that hung up. That's the kind of service they provide.

This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They have my CPAP machine for service 8 months. I have called them, stopped by the store and they said they would check into it and call back but never have. I tried to set up a supply account and it would not let me I told them this when in the store and they checked and said the problem was fixed. I tried to login again and still it does not work. Avoid at all costs. Ask your medical provider send you to a different medical supply company. In the past year that I have had to deal with them I do not believe they have processed one order correctly. When I point out the issue they basically say “too bad“ and then they will not return emails or phone calls.
