We have had only excellent experiences with A1 Stars. Their cleaning staff are friendly, professional and thorough - just wonderful to deal with. They are very reliable and always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend their services.
Very helpful, patient and understanding and always willing to listen to sort out any issues we may be facing with the cleaners.
Sandra is absolutely amazing! Not only does she do a great job, but she’s genuinely warm and friendly and we look forward to seeing her each week. She always leaves our house looking its best, and takes the time on the small details. We couldn’t be happier!
Was not completely happy with their services. First, I was given a price of $130 for 3 hours & $40/hr after that but I wasn't told that the hours would be the total of both cleaners. For example: 1 cleaner stayed 2 hours & the other cleaner 2 1/2 hour totalling 4 1/2 hours so charges were $130 + $60 for $190 + tax. One cleaner took 1 1/2 hour to clean our master bathroom.
