I want to start off by stating we were referred by LW. Our child appt was made for 3/5 @ 3:30pm which meant we need to take child out early inorder to leave 1hr early. "Starry does not confirm appt call,text or email or give directions". Half way there GPS informs us stall vehicle in slow traffic slower than usual remind we are crossing 2 cities& 1 county to get to this appt. My experience with this counseling office was disappointing from start to finish. I arrived 15 minutes early, but the doors were locked, and I wasn’t able to enter the building until five minutes before my child’s 8:00 a.m. appointment. Once I located the suite, we waited over 15 minutes to be called back, and when I mentioned the delay, the therapist didn’t take accountability.
