The owner can do hair-I would rate her 5 stars-she is cold.. However I have made appointments with her and she shows up late- no apology. I also recommended a friend who made an appointment and no one showed up?! My sister went there a few years ago and said that their was a dog running around the salon.... What happen to great customer service and being personable with your clients? We are all struggling and don't just have money to give away.
