The receptionist was polite and welcoming. The doctor made me feel right at home. I totally would recommend this place to anyone. Shout to Keisha!!!!!!!!
Counter staff unaware and unwelcoming. Quoted me $350 for custom sole and charged $175 upfront. (Online you can get them for $200 and Get them in week). Promised delivery in 2 weeks. Month and half gone, never received a call or text. Once I called to check they didn’t know what I was talking about. Quick to take your money and gives you nasty attitude when you question.
The experience I received at this facility was unwelcoming. The staff was rude with one exception, and her name was Cindy. From the moment she set my appointment she made me feel welcomed. She was very knowledgeable and the second time I got back to the office to find out that she was no longer working there it is sad that first impression of the staff was disgusting except for her, the staff was rude. Best foot Doctors I have evaaaaa well I meet before this office these Doctors details no rush honest not for the buck best option the surgeon was honest he definitely gave me hope for my flat feet 😂😂😂😂to correct a cast on both feet for 6 months I’m finished thanks Doctors❤️🌹
