The X-ray technician lacks basic manners, staff members argue in the hallways about dirty instruments, and the hygienist is snappy and shows little patience when working with children. Dr Muir was awesome. Great bedside manner. He made sure that I was numb and not in pain. He was kind and not mean like so many dentists are. He made my experience so much less scarier. He let me know what was going on and he did my procedure because he could tell that was really nervous. I went to him because of all the positive comments that he got in these reviews. Ortho comes in at 9 and leaves at one this week I had a ortho appointment for 9:00 am I got there 9:00am on the dot I signed in it wasn’t a lot of people a hour passed I still wasn’t seen I asked how much people were in front of me they said 15 how does that work if I had an appointment for 9 and it wasn’t even 15 people in there and they come first come first served I got there at 9 this is ridiculous
