Dr. Starr is an excellent physician! I have had two eye surgeries done by her and both turned out perfectly. She is compassionate and kind and explains the procedures in detail and in a lay person's language. I felt very comfortable going into the surgery and her follow up care was exemplary. I unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Starr.
