Jay came out to take a look at my roof to assess potential damage from last September’s hail storm in the Austin area. He was helpful and nice and answered all my questions before and after the assessment. Impressed by his knowledge and expertise and if and when I need a new roof in the future, I’ll definitely be calling Jay and the team at Starr Roofing.
Jay and his crew made our roofing project a great experience. The price was right. They showed up on time; finished when promised, and cleaned up after completion. All in all, a stellar job by Starr Roofing.
I was referred to Jay by a friend who was pleased with his work and I could not be more pleased! My property is a vacation home and I was not there to see the work progress but Jay kept me informed, sent pictures and got more $ out of my insurance company.
Pete Reed really knows his stuff. He worked with my insurance company to provide them with the additional information they needed in a format they understood. The job was done quickly and you would never even know they had been there if not for the beautiful new roof. 👍👍
