Never has a more woeful and sorrowful story has ever been told in human real estate history. It all started when i moved into a Merrylands address. It was high in rent but low in worth itness (If that's a word, it is now so pressing on). Positive's, the neighbours were awesome. Plenty of room for the dog. Negatives, the air conditioner was placed so the plug reached 500mm away from the power socket.
