Wow !!!! The worst real estate experience I have ever had, unprofessional, unorganised, constantly ignores any request, I was not happy with the way Paul Nguyen handled any situation, very rude , came to point where I was actually feeling stressed from them all , very stressful people to deal with. I would definitely not recommend SPB even if rent or buying is free disgusting,
