Ever since he started his practice I am been going to him his the kindest gentle soul. His staff is great his wife is awesome and he really takes the time to listen to you you are not just a number in his office I recommended him highly in the beginning and now hes so busy those of us are like Dang it but honestly he truly is the best doctor around in my opinion

Dr. Starr is the most caring, kind, compassionate Doctor ever. From the time you walk in the front door you are greeted with friendly staff and it continues throughout your visit. Dr. Starr is so easy to talk to he feels like a friend. He explains everything thoroughly. He is on time and doesn't rush your visit. His office is organized and almost completely paperless. I would recommend him to family and friends. He is just that wonderful.

As others have stated, it’s hard to find a good doctor. I have found Dr STARR and his staff to be friendly, attentive, helpful, and understanding of me and my needs. I highly recommend him as GP. You can also get your blood drawn there which is so convenient!
We were so unhappy with many of the doctors here in the Melbourne area, until we met Dr. Starr. We learned he was flexible and willing to work with us. He has met all of our expectations and we are ecstatic to say he passed with flying colors! Wished we found Dr. Starr sooner!!�����
