Went here last weekend after the cruise ended, though the kitchen was not yet officially opened they went above and beyond and made us some delicious Foldies. The wood fires really adds a great flavor and the dough had great flavor. The beer to wash it down was a nice wheat, which was nice and cold for the hot day. Service was top notch and very personal. I am looking forward to my next chance to visit again.
AA++ Foundry Kitchen, open since July 2026 You can taste that all the food is homemade. All ingredients are fresh and pepared deliciously.
