"I had a disappointing experience with Starpoint Properties. The communication was poor, and I found their customer service to be unresponsive when I needed assistance. Despite promising timely maintenance, repairs were delayed for weeks, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, the property was not as advertised, with several issues that weren’t disclosed upfront. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others."
I wish I could give a zero. The tenant application process was extremely long and embarrassingly unprofessional. So digusted by my experience just trying to rent from this, that I have told anyone I talk to about rental companies to never even apply. This was actually such a disturbing experience that I would have needed my resources to check verbiage of what documents I would be signing.

They are always prompt, clear, and courteous in their communications, whether it's regarding maintenance requests, lease renewals, or general inquiries. Their commitment to keeping tenants informed and addressing any concerns promptly has truly made my renting experience with them exceptional.

We have been tenants of StarPoint in Beverly Hills and we are very pleased with their service and the quality of building.The staff is always so pleasant and helpful. We are very happy with the recent renovation and look forward to many more years as tenants!
