I rented a private office from Garrett at his office on Martintown Road. I had a great experience. The office was clean, there was 24/7 access, and Garrett was always prompt to respond to any questions that I had. There was even a month where I forgot to pay rent, he messaged me to remind me, and even waived the late fee. My circumstances changed which is why I moved out, otherwise, I’d still happily rent the office from him. I’d highly recommend him as a landlord or real estate agent!
I can't say enough great things about working with Garrett Starnes! If you want a realtor who is genuine, responsive, honest, and truly cares, Garrett is your guy! As a first-time homebuyer, he made the process a breeze. He helped me find the perfect home for me and my two dogs, complete with a big fenced-in yard and a lake view. We couldn't be happier!
Our leasor/leasee relationship started off well. However, after we moved out and our lease was terminated I was debited/charged for another month. Garrett said multiple times he would refund the mistaken charge but has yet to do so. He is now not returning any communication. I have reaching out for 3 months. It’s a couple hundred dollars, not a lot, however, the right thing to do is to make it right and refund it. Be aware. Tried a few times to meet with the brokerage. Brandon who I was in contact with had poor communication through and through. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
