Had them come to repair the heat pump at my brother's house 7-15-25. The technician was there less than 20 min .He got the outside unit fan running but it stopped again today. I called their office today and the secretary informed me that the technician would not return because the "house was too dirty". I had Starnes to come to fix a Heat Pump at a house where my brother lives. The technician worked for 15-20 minutes and got it to running. yesterday. This evening the fan on the outside unit stopped again.
