Had them come to repair the heat pump at my brother's house 7-15-25. The technician was there less than 20 min .He got the outside unit fan running but it stopped again today. I called their office today and the secretary informed me that the technician would not return because the "house was too dirty". I didn't understand this because I had them to work on the same heatpump winter before last and there was no problem. That technician did an excellent job. I had Starnes to come to fix a Heat Pump at a house where my brother lives. The technician worked for 15-20 minutes and got it to running. yesterday. This evening the fan on the outside unit stopped again. I received the invoice today, which was very fast, and I paid it (I had used them before and it took a week or more before I received the invoice) When I called the office the secretary told me that the technician refused to return to fix the unit because the house was too dirty.
