Starnes is a good choice for residential electrical projects. Treston was our electrician he was a great communicator very customer friendly and knowledgeable. Starnes was exceptional with communication between the office and the field as well. They completed all the necessary paperwork with Duke Energy and facilitated the flow of documents to the customer. Overall great experience, very competitive and would highly recommend.
The Starnes electrician called ahead. He arrived within the pre-scheduled time window. He identified himself and removed his footwear before entering my home. The work was professional. He installed an expensive ceiling light with care, and answered all questions. I would highly recommend Starnes Electric LLC.
Called and was able to secure an appointment for same day service. Had to install new dryer outlet and new wire. Great service.
