awful, does not stand by their product. do not use.
awful Wont take responsibility for faulty equipment that they recommended. Do not use. The service guy is unfriendly. They are friendly during the initial hard sell but then leave you high and try. They are trying to charge us $1000 labor service for a unit that broke less than 18 months after purchase. I am not paying them $1000 on top of the $7000 already spent. What an awful way to run a business. PATHETIC!
I got great service and they did not talk me into doing anything that I did not need. I had 2 other companies out to look at my system and they told me that I needed a new system. Starner's was able to repair my old system for under $300.00. When it comes time to replace my system I will go to them to replace. They are very nice and local I would recomend them to anyone.
