Tested Tuesday, it's now Monday and no results. Horrible!!!
so much for your promise to send results in 72 hours. its been 5 days and Im already on the trip I was testing for. not only that, but you also have not replied to my email in over 24 hours as promised either. waste of 2.5 hours.
My sister went Tuesday am for Covid-19 test. It is Saturday and still no results. It was a waste of time. Go elsewhere, or just quarantine.
Covid testing is useless if you don't get results. I am still waiting....
The mooresville high school test site is just a Covid spreader. There were two ladies working on Thursday 12/10/2020 who were directing cars and talking to people- who kept pulling off their masks to talk to people. They insisted you keep your car window down and then would walk up to every car and speak to people, 1 foot away from them, with their masks on their chins. If you didn’t have covid before going to be tested, you 100% got it from the workers there. So unsafe and not smart!
I got tested 10 days ago...No results. No calls back. Absolutely no help. If you want COVID test results back in a timely manner, go somewhere else. This place needs to stop "offering" test and just catch up 😡
Did not receive my Covid Test results until 9 days after taking the test. Go elsewhere if you want to help keep your community safe.
RecommendedRegistered on my lunch break for a Covid test, drove to the Central Ave. location in Charlotte after work, pulled up at 4:45, was done and driving home by 5:00! Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was helpful and well informed. Such an easy experience, I would recommend them to anyone needing testing.
I was originally tested at StarMed East on 11/25 and waited in line for almost 4 hours as this was my only option at the time. Got my PCR results on 11/28 as inconclusive and was told I needed to retest. Drove directly back to get another test and STILL have not received those results yet. I have called everyday within the 3-5 day window and past that window as well.
