I would like to share my experience with StarMed Healthcare. What a huge disappointment StarMed/Starmount has been. The owner, Michael Estramonte, and the entire leadership team have no regard for their employees. Starting last December they have been making huge lay offs/firings under the reasoning "reduced work force". After each of these firings the owner has taken a vacation. StarMed, Freemore, 4001 Tuckaseegee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208 - Worst experience ever. Went for my kids COVID vaccination with an appointment and was told by the supervisor that they don’t have the vaccine in stock, already consumed whatever was available. How come they finish up the stock when they have an appointment? This kind of service is not expected from StarMed.

RecommendedMy experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs lilian wilson, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs lilian to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs lilian made it easy and hassle free. Yes I’d recommend starmed to friends and family. It’s quick and easy. Friendly staff
After reading these reviews, I was a little nervous about when I’d get my results back but StarMed really did an amazing job. Easy to book/register online, no wait at all and I got my results in less than 48 hours. I got tested on January 19th around noon and had my results before 3pm the next day! Truly efficient in my case and I was able to get back to work.

I visited Starmed’s Covid testing center at the Bojangles/Ovens auditorium location. 5 days later I still do not have results. I’ve called several times and have been given the runaround. Don’t trust Starmed for your healthcare.
Go elsewhere for COVID-19 testing. I don’t normally leave reviews but don’t waste your time. I went to the Eastland location, waited two hours and had a PCR test last Thursday. It is now Wednesday the following week and no results. I have called and emailed with no answer. I should have listened to other reviews here. Get an appointment somewhere else and you will get your results quicker.
