just had starmark cabinets installed. before we even had a chace to use them, problems occured. Soft close didn't work, the carpenter couldn't understand the install instuctions, i couple of cabinets needed to be remoced and reinstalled. i will report on how well they work as doonas we get to use them.
We are a local dealer of Starmark cabinets and have been selling their products for about five years now. We find the quality overall to be excellent. The product is packaged very well to prevent damages, although that can still happen. Our experience has not been without some issues, but that is to be expected with any cabinet manufacturer. I was here to make a delivery. Drivers ! For shipping turn on 48 st. For delivery on 50th st immediate 2 dock. I spent the night on the dock. Receiving starts 0600. The gentleman in receiving is very nice guy. His name is Mr Marlin. He was kind, 30 minutes I was empty n rolling. Thanks superman. Keep up n thank you
The constant babysitting on all the errors on the order confirmations is ridicules. And after they are corrected the cabinets still arrive wrong. I have done 4 kitchens with StarMark and I may quit if I have to deal with them again.
Won’t answer their phone. They don’t answer email either.
