Very disappointed with StarMark quality and warranty coverage. Our fridge panels FELL OFF - see pic. It was only installed with staples that penetrated only about 3/16" of an inch into the frame of the panel. NO SCREWS! StarMark at first agreed to replace them under warranty, but recanted and said this was not a warranty issue. We went with expensive StarMark cabinets for high quality and warranty coverage - but they failed us on both counts!

By far one of the best quality cabinets I have ever come across. Their Sioux Falls showroom is stunning!!!!!!!! You can’t compare the love and attention to detail they put into their product.
We ordered ivory cream cabinets, spent over 30k for our kitchen. We had to store them for a little over a year before opening due to the house having remodel delays and gutting kitchen. After opening and seeing issues, we immediately took pictures and sent them off to our rep. The quality of paint was not consistent. Overspray, roughness, uneven saw cuts, cabinets packaged upside down, cabinets warping. They warrantied some items but would not replace all the ones we reported, only made notes in case the finish would degrade... read more
just had starmark cabinets installed. before we even had a chace to use them, problems occured. Soft close didn't work, the carpenter couldn't understand the install instuctions, i couple of cabinets needed to be remoced and reinstalled. i will report on how well they work as doonas we get to use them.
