Starmark Cabinetry did our full kitchen remodel and the quality is exceptional. The design process was collaborative and they helped us optimize the layout and storage for our space. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is outstanding — solid construction, smooth hardware, and beautiful finish. Our kitchen is completely transformed and gets compliments from every single person who sees it. For custom cabinetry in Sioux Falls, Starmark is the standard.
Would absolutely not recommend this company. Received wood cabinets with noticeably different stain color, striping from uneven stain application, and worst of all, Starmark would not warranty and said it was all normal. Received damaged cabinetry and shelves, which caused months of delays to replace. For the price paid (over $25k for only 12’ of cabinetry, not including the cost of installation), this was so disappointing. We also experienced a lot of delays. Complete over priced garbage ordered eight cabinets for 20 k every cabinet had issues wood filler defects complete nightmare
Update: 5 years later in our dry pantry the cabinets are checking and peeling. Starmark says this is due to water and my fault. There's is the exact same type of cabinet and set up on the right side without these issues. And no water is used in this area. They tried to say water seeped into the countertop and the. cracked the paint. Even ChatGPT said it appears to be poor painting or poor MDF quality. Very disappointed with StarMark quality and warranty coverage. Our fridge panels FELL OFF - see pic. It was only installed with staples that penetrated only about 3/16" of an inch into the frame of the panel. NO SCREWS! StarMark at first agreed to replace them under warranty, but recanted and said this was not a warranty issue. We went with expensive StarMark cabinets for high quality and warranty coverage - but they failed us on both counts!
