I usually don’t leave reviews but want to leave this one for crew and everyone to be safe. On 8/14/21, we went on the “big deal”. Everything started off great, then our trip began and multiple things started to go array. 1. We were headed straight towards a Carnival cruise line and water police had siren for our captain to stop going towards that so we would not collide. 2. This Yacht experience was so amazing! Mari was the only yacht company that was professional out of the other yacht companies I googled! Her response was fast! She gave me so many options and was patient until I choose my favorite boat! And speaking of the boat it was amazing the Captain (Ed) and assistant (Taylor) were so amazing!! Third time we’ve come down and we would never work with anyone but Mari and her hand-picked boats and their crews. Always exceeds expectations, wish we had six stars!
We chartered a yacht over the weekend and had the most amazing time celebrating a birthday! Great captain and crew. Everything was seamless with Mari and she responds immediately. So thankful for finding this company and having such a great experience. 100% recommend. Will definitely be telling all of my friends and family about Starlux!
