Have dealt with this company for 8 years and have never experienced any issues whatsoever.
Poor management, do not rent from starliving. They dont seem to care that several residents have comments on main doors not locking and fully closing. Big issues dont matter. And they continue to make their own rules to satisfy themselves
Absolutely terrible experience with Starliving, Kay. She agreed to rent me a unit, requested my personal information to draft the lease, and then completely ghosted me for weeks. No responses to follow-ups, no explanation—just unprofessional and unreliable behavior. Because of this, I wasted valuable time, stopped my rental search, and even canceled other opportunities. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine how they manage their properties. Stay far away from this company.
