Great Place to Rent This is a great place to rent the staff is very friendly and helpful. Been here a couple of months. The security is great cameras everywhere and security guys is always checking on things. I even saw him stop some crack heads who had walked onto the property and looked real suspicious. He escorted them out of the area and keep his composure and was very professional even though they were being belligerent and making threats. stay clear away I rented for 18 months at $75 month, price was ok, BUT, If you are a Christian like myself having to deal with the owners and runners of this place will be a struggle, I am handicapped after a hang gliding accident and have to live on disability for the rest of my life and they know this and still they are stealing from me , The month I moved out I mistakenly paid that month on time thinking that like any other place I have rented from they would refund the unused days after I was out,,,no while I am moving o... read more
Really Strict Security Rented here its is Really Strict which is good because the last place I had my unit was broken into. They keep a good Eye on everything, cameras everywhere. Security even stopped me when I came in with a different truck. It's strict so follow their rules and all is good. Very nice people and its clean.
These people are CROOKS and EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They kept my deposit only because i didnt fill out a paper when I went to get my motor home out for the day. They dont accept phone payments from credit or bank cards unless you are there in person the first time you want to use one. I'm a long haul truck driver, I cant be there in person and she should have told me all this when I dropped off my MH.
