Kat is a total rockstar! I've never had nail extensions last so long or look so good. The prep work she does is top-notch, and Gel X has been a revelation. No more constant fills or lifting - it's been amazing! Kat is not only talented but also super fun and accommodating. She's open to trying out new styles and ideas, which is exactly what I need. My manicure was awful the polish applied was too thick the polish should have dried between coats my cuticle was dry no oil applied. My pedicure was horrible when I looked closely my cuticle were sawed not a clean cut I did call the young lady and she did reimburse me for the manicure but I should have been reimbursed for the whole service unfortunately I will not patronize this establishment again the privacy was good but the work performed was 👎
Katalina is a very hardworking professional. I am never disappointed. She is detail oriented, doesn't rush and is genuinely interested in her work. I think her personal satisfaction regarding her work exceeds that of the clients. Absolutely enjoy my experience at Starlis, every single one!
