From beginning to end the service was top notch thanks to Ken, Eric and Wayne and the team at Starling. The price for my plug and play spa was better than any of the competitors and the install was timely and easy. They simply made my dream of being a hot tub owner come true. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. They delivered a positive experience and I strongly recommend their company to friends and family! Don’t rely on what they say . Service is lacking and when I called earlier in summer with a wrinkle in my liner they to me to call back in fall for service . Called them got a totally different story and said Ed are too busy to do the service that they recommend I wait till now. The service manager just hid behind the girl that answered the phone.
