I have been going to Starling pools for over 17 years now, and both Ken and his staff have always been more than helpful with what I need to keep my pool running smoothly.
Horrible customer service! I got there at 6:48pm when a normal 10m drive took 25m and I was turned away because they don't take customers after 6:45pm. Nowhere does it say not to come 15m before closing. It's not something I've done before to know There were only two employees in the store and one customer. I could understand if there was a line up and they would've closed up after 7pm. Something that would've only taken a few minutes to do was not allowed.
I often use the free water testing service they offer. The young people who are working there are always so friendly and helpful! They help me understand what I need to do and don’t ever push products on me which I appreciate! I always recommend Starling to friends and neighbours. Keep doing what you do!
