Recently I had the sand in my pool filter replaced by Regan today (July 7, 2026). He did a great job, answered questions I had about filter sand replacement, walked me through the process showing me what he was doing, and things to keep an eye out for. He also kept the area tidy and cleaned up before he left. Thanks again Regan.
UPDATE 2 in response to your reply that now seems to be removed? Time to move on. All my wife did was come in to see if the next experience would be better. She did not refer to the last visit and simply left with our water sample when you came out to challenge her. 2nd review. Just had Charlie from Starling Pools here for a service call (Jun22/26), knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. Great staff in store as well. Thanks for the terrific service. 1st review. Friendly and helpful staff, my experience with their customer service has been exceptional. I recently called about a small equipment issue and 2 guys showed up 90 minutes later and solved the problem very quickly. Many thanks!!!
Hope this review will help you recognize "policy" vs common sense? We have been shopping your pool store for over a decade. Mostly chemicals, but also filters, chlorinators, covers, and solar blankets to name a few. We've always liked how you kept our pool info for regular tests and resulting chemicals to buy. Today my wife tried to return BioGuard power chlorine that she purchased yesterday ($34.99). Your policy states that chemicals cannot be returned unless sealed.
