We just love working with them every time. Thank God they’re so close to us, too.
Great place for all the pool/spa supplies needed!! Very friendly staff with good pricing.
Total waste of time and money! I have booked a leak test with them, gave them full details about my pool beforehand—water level below stairs, pump off, and needing a liner check rather than plumbing. They showed up anyway, did a quick check on the underground plumbing, said they couldn't do anything else, and charged me for it. I went to the store and was promised a follow-up call from the manager, but never heard back. Lack of communication and poor service. Look elsewhere for pool help!
Our first time using Starling pools and we so regret not using them before. We had an issue today with our pool pump, Justin came by and solved the issue. Honest and caring staff throughout. Thank you again! Kushalini and Darryll
