We have just recently purchased a swim spa, and Starling pools may not necessarily sell them but they are very knowledgeable in how to treat the water and recommend which products to use . The customer service and staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. I love the fact that they are in Durham and have been in business for so many years with high recommendations from friends and family!! Thank you for the great service!!

As a lifelong pool owner for 34 years, I have been with Ken and his crew for over the past decade. We have converted our pool from fresh to salt water, had a new liner installed and had all our opening and closings done by Starling. Always have been more than satisfied. Some of his crew has been with him for years so that is self explanatory. They have always been courtious, friendly, reliable and professional.
