I went to this appointment on a cancellation for 3:30 p.m. today. I came in at 3:15 as instructed, waited in the lobby while four other people came after me and got in first. then I asked about the doctor and when he would be finally ready to see me after waiting a half an hour at that point and was told he would be in right away. I'm brought into a room where I was asked questions that could easily be found in my history and my records. then I was told the X-ray room would be prepped for me and I would be brought in immedia... read more
I was very pleased with the front desk. I can't remember the MA name up front but they did answer my question of two years that I needed and I love the doctor's. Very straight up forward with my care. So kudos to the group. Thank you
Front desk staff needs serious retraining. 0 social skills. Begging them to do their jobs is a waste of my time.
