Receptionist was disinterested in finding my appointment. Told me “I can’t find you go over there and knock on that door.” Knocked on the door person shoe opens looked displeased that I knocked I explained I was told to knock and had an appointment. She was able to find me in the system under different last name although I gave my last name while making the appointment. I was recommended to go here by my mother, as she spoke highly of Dr. Melissa DiLoretta. I made an appointment, but had to reschedule because I mistakenly made my appointment at the same time as another appointment. I asked to have the appointment made on a Thursday, but it was scheduled for a Monday. When I realized, I called far in advance to let them know and to reschedule. Terrible business, inconsistent providers, manger uses her title to brush you off. Employees are just there for a check, not worth bringing your child here.

I love Dr. Yip. She is so attentive and always makes sure to speak to our twins in Spanish which is such a plus. I have been coming here since my oldest was born. He is now 17 and we loved all the pediatricians we have seen. I’m very pleased with the services here.
