The front desk is so rude! The doctor ask questions I start to reply to him and he cuts me off mid sentence. The doctor sure seemed like he was rushing. The only person who was professional and kind was the male MA. The front staff that checked me in was not friendly nor welcoming. I cancelled all of my future appointments with them.
Never in my life have I had such trouble getting a new pair of eyeglasses. First, the prescription was wrong coming from across the hall at the opthalmologist office (a major typo that produced a completely wrong pair of eyeglasses). Then even with the replacement eyeglasses, I was handed the glasses over the counter with no attempt to even check them for fit. Both times I was there, the new pair of glasses were just handed over. Botched cataract surgery by Dr. Russo- left vitro elastic gel in my eye causing corneal edema, high pressure and partial loss of vision in my left eye. Have been followed by 2 of his colleagues in New Britain who were very competent but then not honest about if the gel was gone or not and were then refusing to transfer my records to another ophthalmology group! I would have given zero stars but that wasn’t an option.
