Front office staff was extremely rude, felt rushed out and felt Dr Kellick was uninterested to listen to all my symptoms. Walked out of there with no answers and no plan. Upsetting to experience.

Asked for a azelic acid refill, can’t cause I haven’t been seen in a year. The azelic acid works for me. - I asked her so the apt is for what? For you to ask me how’s my rosacea and me to say it’s good and you to refill my medication and she said yes so proudly. - honestly would choose anything other than starling for derm. I do not recommend them. Money grab company.
This office is horrible and unprofessional! The staff is so rude and management is very rude and dismissive!
